Nadeau Ministries LLC is a for-profit limited liability company based in Valley City, North Dakota. It serves as the umbrella organization for community initiatives that combine both for-profit activities and non-profit projects. The non-profit projects currently operate under the fiscal sponsorship of The Cause, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This structure allows us to serve people well by offering a range of programs focused on wellness, mental health support, and faith-related resources.
What services and projects do you currently provide?
BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE) Services – Wellness sessions offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Paul’s Way – Provides scholarships and funding for Valley City individuals facing sudden financial barriers to mental health services.
The 3:27 Life Project – Resources designed to help individuals navigate faith, doubt, and hope.
What is the relationship between Nadeau Ministries and The Cause?
Nadeau Ministries LLC is the parent organization. The three non-profit projects (BIE Services, Paul’s Way, and The 3:27 Life Project) currently operate under the fiscal sponsorship of The Cause, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This partnership enables us to expand our ability to serve the community through additional resources, grants, and tax-deductible donations while maintaining the integrity of each project.
