The Heart Behind the Work

Every piece of this ministry carries a personal thread.

My story and my family’s stories are woven into every decision, every project, and every service we offer.

Why do we provide scholarships for families facing the heavy costs of mental health care? My girls.

Why did I begin offering seasonal support through BioEnergetics, long before this was a nonprofit? Because of my son.

Why did that support shift from a for-profit service into a ministry? A quiet nudge from God, the kind that’s hard to explain, but even harder to ignore.

Why was I able to keep going through challenges like COVID-19 and graduate school? Brandon.

Even the smallest decisions, like what I can or can’t commit to in a given season, often come down to the simple fact that the Nadeaus need their mom.

We haven’t walked through life untouched, but we’ve also never walked through it in lack. We’ve lived inside it, as the reason, the rhythm, and the reminder of why this work matters.

A Path Shaped by Both Health and Faith

My professional journey began in preventative health, with degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Science. For years, I worked in personal training, nutrition education, and wellness programs. But it was my own children’s struggles with allergies and digestion that introduced me to the BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination (B.I.E.) modality, something that profoundly changed their health and set a new direction for my work.

That season also drew me closer to Christ. My personal faith became a steadying force in both my home life and my career, even as I navigated shifts in the wellness industry, the challenges of motherhood, and the reality of making health care more accessible to those who need it most.

In 2021, I partnered with The Cause to offer my services on a pay-it-forward basis, ensuring that cost would never be the reason someone couldn’t receive support. As I settled into this model, a conviction I had carried for years became clear: I wanted to help others approach whole-person care with an openness to spiritual and worldview conversations. That calling led me to earn my M.A. in Apologetics, equipping me to bridge the gap between physical wellness and spiritual understanding.

Why It Matters

This ministry isn’t just about programs, appointments, or projects. It’s about walking alongside people with honesty, hope, and compassion, and doing it in a way that sees them as a whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Our life. Our stories. Our challenges and celebrations. They are all deeply woven into the “why” that drives this work forward.
